More cats found injured/dead in Pasir Ris

Ivan and Sarah:
Three cats were found with fractured jaws in Pasir Ris. One is at the SPCA, and may still be alive.
That brings the known number of cats killed to 9 and 1 badly injured. The caregivers on the ground are working with the police to find out if there are related cases [...]
