SPCA has increased the reward for witness of the recent Pasir Ris cat abuse case from $1000 to $5000. Here’s the link to the notice for this case as well as a few other cases

This is terrible. The monster who did this should be caned and jailed. I hope he/she is quickly caught so there won’t be any more of such cases. The poor cats…
