Yes, cats will go & look for food... but where? Rubbish bins? If the strays are spayed & they are fed regularly then they won't mess up the rubbish that thrown by us... they won't get into fight for territories due to not enough rubbish food!!! Do you know that strays life span are shorter cos they have been eating those poisonous rubbish food that are unhealthy & rotten. As for some rubbish that are thrown & mess up everywhere at the void deck are actually done by inconsiderate human being... so these ppl didn't need to be fined!!! I'm so confused by human being... they just can't differeniate with right & wrong... I'm so hurt that I keep on hearing those consider themselves educated pple saying that all strays should put to sleep...
